Inactive Items Not Displayed in User Learning History When Using Search Bar

I’ve noticed that inactive learning items are not appearing in the user’s Learning History when searched using the search bar. However, they do appear in the full list view. Interestingly, this behavior differs between instances—inactive items are visible in the Test instance but not in Production.

Does anyone know where I can find the relevant setting to ensure inactive items are also displayed in the Production instance when using the search bar?

Thanks!

@Bosqo, check if the role of your Learning Administrator ID has restrictions, limiting the access to the inactive courses.

I have the super admin role, but I made proxy with users who have this issue. I checked the role permissions they have and 1 to 1, test to prod. This is very weird.

So, Learning Admins with the same roles have different system outcomes, is it the case?

Yes, exactly. Thank you for your help

Let me try to drill it down and to confirm one thing. In prod., there's your Learning Administrator and this account has one role. When you search for inactive completed courses, they appear. However, in prod., when you proxy another Learning Administrator that has the same role as your account, and you search for inactive completed courses, they don't appear. Did I get it right?

yes, but from the user perspective. When I proxy a user and I check his learning history plan. In prod the inactive ones are in the list, but not shown when searched with the search bar. In Test are also in the list but are also shown when are searched in the search bar.

Checked but unfortunately not, has no restrictions.
