Inactive Employees - Actions

Hi All,

Due to current restriction in SF for inactive employees, we are unable to record any action on Terminated employees or inactive employees (Retired/inactive leave). We do have special case for Germany employees where they get paid and some amendment in the record are needed.

For E.g. Case 1:
There is Retired Employee who is getting paid, we need to record Death record on him via Separation. This allowed earlier but now it is restricted after release. We can't use Death action via Data change as his employment details should have last working details.

Case 2: There are few Inactive Leave(Employment Status) employees, who need to be Terminated, which is now not allowed. Any Ideas or suggestions on this system redesign would be helpful for us.
