Inactive employee-access to internal job vacancies posting

Hello experts,

My customer asked me, if there is any option to an inactive employee (terminated) could apply/check to an internal job posting.

If I'm not wrong, a terminated employee can not log in to the SFSF, so, the only way that an inactive employee keep updated to an internal job vacancies is sending by email the external private link posting. So, I would like to know is there is any other option to meet this requirement.

yes you are right...that is the only way to get there Cv into system.as per the system configuration the user will have the SSO access when there using SF System.once the people moved out of the system then they cant see the internal opportunities.
