In the Onboarding, when we try to reassign an activity from one hiring manager to other hiring manager the
"Select Reassign New Hire Activity" checkbox is not available in the popup box.
For some of the activities we can see that option but for some activities it's not available. As per my knowledge, it's only working for activities which are at "New Employee Step" status.
Could you please provide the exact logic behind that checkbox option like at which particular status it works, how to enable or disable it, Where and when it's available, unavailable.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Neelam,
Please review the Onboarding - Security permission group setting. There is a setting called 'Reassign Activity' which control the access to this popup box.
In your case, find the permission group for the hiring manager and enable the checkbox.
