In Compensation form Stock tab, In standard field Stock (Recommendation) we want to add % value instead of number. System is not allowing us to add percentage value. Is this Possible to achieve ?

It is actually possible (apologies for previously saying it isn't - my colleague @Alekya_Akula caught this and sent me a screenshot. We honestly don't use the Stock tab much because of its many limitation in calculated fields and orderting of the fields.)
