Currently the Page 'not found error message' (screenprint attached) doesn't provide sufficient information on how the user can rectify the situation and leads to a negative UX e.g. information providing further support by way of links to homepage is missing; the opportunity to report the broken link is missing and support contact numbers are absent.
This can be achieved by empowering customers to configure the page so that they can tailor it to enable the onward journey for the user and providing more helpful information.
