this is to encourage everyone to review and vote for this influence request Improvement Request Details - Customer Influence (sap.com).
The objective of the change is to allow admins to control what fields, columns are visible in the Performance Inbox to end users. Giving companies flexibility to hide/ show fields as needed will certainly help enhance the user experience according to what is relevant to be seen.
