impossible to import employee data

I am not allowed to import employee data it says they are not my target group even though the role I have has right to target (ALL EMPLOYEES). Why is that the case?targetusers.png

Dear markocrvenkov,

This is really an RBP message. For you to see this you must have a role where you grant the import permissions and the target is restricted. For you to do a check, go to your role and uncheck the below permission.
