Hi,
One of our users lost work done in Enable Now right before the updated version was uploaded this year. She was able to download to zip folder and upload to LMS. How can I upload the zip folder back into Enable Now so she can make changes?
Request clarification before answering.
This won't work, as the file was exported in the SCORM format, not .dkp. I suppose that due to you mentioning that the file had been uploaded previously to the LMS.
If the local workarea copy still exists somewhere, it could be possible to retrieve the content from there by identifying the required folders and files, otherwise, there are no chances 😞

What format was it downloaded as? An export from SAP Enable Now will create a .dkp file (which is effectively a renamed .zip file). If she has that exact same file that was exported from SAP Enable Now she can import it again (as a .dkp file).
But you say she managed to load that .zip file into the LMS, which implies it was exported as a SCORM package? If that is the case SCORM content is in a specific format, which is not the same as SAP Enable Now's (.dkp) format, and there is no mechanism for loading SCORM packages into SAP Enable Now and have them reverse-engineered back into SAP Enable Now content objects. Sorry.

Hi Dirk,
Yes, she download as SCORM, so it is in the zip format and not dkp. I have a couple of follow-up questions if you don't mind. How did she potentially lose the project she was working on prior to the update? Also, is there a way we can go back into the old version of Enable Now to gather that missing project? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
If the project wasn't saved on the server, you wouldn't be able to retrieve it by downgrading your SAP Enable Now system (if you have On-premise. For the Cloud option downgrade is not possible)
I would check whether your colleague has local workarea files saved on the computer. If you are lucky to locate them, you can try to connect your Producer to this workarea folder. This will work for On-premise Producer only, not Cloud.
