Import Signavio process model crashes Producer

Hi there

After successfully integrating Enable Now with Signavio the EN custom attributes are visible in Signavio as expected. However on import of one selected process (where the EN relevant attribute is checked) the dialogue box correctly identified the selected process but the import process for that one process took too long and appeared to be in a loop. On <cancel> it stopped the Producer and generated an error log. The producer took some time to open (after <restart>) and only displays Unsorted library with the imported content that when selected crashes the Producer providing an error log.

What are the next steps to resolve this?

Yes I am receiving support this morning with our SAP support consultant. I will provide an update as soon as I have one. I suspect this is a one off incident - at least I hope so!
