Hi shanealipke we are setting up Signavio as our global blueprint repository and want to push/pull that blueprint into Enable Now to create training curriculums. The import in Enable Now is possible, the push back of the training links to Signavio is working as well.
We do have problems however when we want to import additional documents that we stored in Signavio with a process or process step, they do not seem to come across (Word documents as an example). Is there a way to make these extra documents visible/usable in Enable Now?
Also the import of a process flow shows up in Enable Now as a alphabetical list of process steps that we do not like. Is there a way to influence/sort the steps that are imported?
Other than that, I could not find any improvement steps with regard to the integration of Signavio and Enable Now on the roadmaps. Did I miss anything, can you shed some light if there are near term improvements/enhancements to be expected? Or is SAP moving in another direction with regard to these tools? Tnx
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Robert,
I see no way to import content from Signavio into Enable Now, other than the process activities and an image of the overall process. I also checked the Signavio integration guide and there is no mention of being able to download content from Signavio.
You are also correct that the process steps are sorted alphabetically, when imported, but once in Producer you can reorder them by manually dragging and dropping each step into the order that you prefer. Producer seems to retain your preferred order, even after you update the process following changes in Signavio.

Hi Shane, thanks for your prompt reply, will start to experiment with the step sequence as you suggested.

Hi Robert,
Tried to connect to you on LinkeIn - your question seems to be something we're looking at, perhaps... not to get the content into SEN, but the "extra documentation"
I tried to reach to you on LinkedIn to potentially establish a dialog. If I missed finding you, grateful if you can find me, Wallace Henry, Volvo Group.
Thanks to you and Shane for this post!
Best Regards,
Wallace
