Import data for Learning history not updating employees....but no error shows up

Hi all, hope you are fine

I´m importing the learning history through import data and shows no error on the import, here the file

but the record is not showing in the employee,

So the import data went through with no error, but the employee learning history was not updated,

When I try to re import it again, I got the error:

So it means the record is somewhere in the system, but it is not present

I have tried with other employees and courses, and having the same result,

Any tip or help would be very much appreciated,

I cannot see the files and images you attached. Can you explain what is the information you imported but is not showing in the learning history?
