No, it is not possible to import SCORM into Enable Now; Enable Now is not a Learning Management System. You can use the Manager component of Enable Now to deploy content but only content authored in Enable Now.
It is possible to export content created in Enable Now in SCORM format so that it can be loaded into and run from an LMS.
