Hi SuccessFactors Network,
I’m curious if any SuccessFactors customers initially implemented Employee Central without Position Management and have recently transitioned to Position Management. If so, I’d love to hear about your experience and any key insights you can share.

yes we have seen few customers went live without Position and later added once EC was up and running. do you currently sync master data with ECC or S4 too?

No, SF is the only SAP product we have.

We would like to connect with some to exchange experience and pain points in the journey.
