Implementing E-Recruitment on NWBC without Portal

Dear All,

We are planning to implement E-Recruitment (External recruiting only, we don't have requirement for Internal recruiting) on NWBC (Webdynpro ABAP), As we have no license to EP, Adobe and no separate box for E-Recruitment.

We have to use the same ECC, Front-End and Back-End on One system.

We are on EHP7.

We have activated below mentioned Business Functions and configured TREX.

HCM_ERC_SES_1

Please let us know any other Business Functions Required?

Can we implement E-Recruitment without Portal on NWBC? What are the advantages and disadvantages.
