Hi Team,
We are in process of implementing Address Typeahead solution utilizing SAP BTP service SAP Data Quality Management, microservices for location data in SuccessFactors Employee Central Address Information. We are doing some impact assessment before starting the implementation, to check whether this solution will fit for Ericsson landscape or not. We have few queries, need to your help to clarify the same.
Q1. For Address Typeahead, The JSON file (SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Standard Typeahead Configuration - BEL BRA DEU NLD USA file) with the preconfigured local version mappings was offered by SAP to kick start the implementation. But this file only provide configuration standard data model delivered by SAP for the home address in the country/region specific Succession Data Model (CSF SDM). For our customer, standard configurations were not followed, we have custom configurations in Home address. Is it possible to do this kind of custom configurations in SAP DQM Address Typeahead services by following custom configurations ? I have attached the screenshot of configurations of USA country for your reference.
Q2. We have more than 100+ countries configured in our customer SF environment, do we need to do the individual country wise separate mapping in SAP DQM Address Typeahead services configurations? or if few countries follows same configurations then can we utilize the 'default' mapping, instead of country specific separate mapping in SAP DQM services?
Q3. We would like to utilize the Address Typeahead solution for all countries, so if we enable the service in SuccessFactors provisioning "Employee Central Address Validation Service" under company setting then this will be enough ? or do we need to configure the 'Address Validation Configuration For Country/Region' under manage data for all countries separately?
Q4. How to transport the mapping configurations from one to another environment in SAP DQM? Or do we need to manually configure everything in higher environment again?
Request clarification before answering.
