Hi there,
All of our 6,000+ employees are currently assigned a curriculum they must complete each year with 3 items. We would like to change the retraining basis, or annual training period, from event to calendar, for each of the 3 items. For example, all of them due on a fixed date, rather than due within a year of the first time it was completed upon hire.
However, before we make this change, what would be the impact to our users?
