Image in Generated Document not showing within Word

Hi All

Our business would like to add a company logo to the header of our Documents within Document Generation, however when I have added this (as described in KBA 2465399) the logo isn't actually appearing when the document is created in Word.

This is what we see when looking at the document via 'Manage Document Template'

But this is what is produced when generating the document

As you can see the expected Logo isn't showing / loading within Word and I'm not sure what else to try.

Can anyone help before I go to SAP Support as the KBA I followed isn't working.

Thanks for the answer, however I tried this. The only thing that has worked is to ask SAP to upload the image to the SF SFTP for the environment. KBA 2423967 advises of this for the image to be produced in word.

In document template you have something called as "Source Code". Upload your logo on word document in local machine. Then use simple free tool to convert word file into HTML code. Once generated go to your template. Click on Source code and upload your HTML code. This should resolve your issue
