Im not able to show potencial rating in compensation form

Hello Experts,

Im strogelling to find the way to show potential in compensation rating column.

Also there is something off because the potential rating is configured in the Matrix Grid rating Scales but not in other places.

So Im trying diferent configuration optios in the rating scales but no one works. The rating column brins the potential resutl but with the performance description.

In can not find the way to bring te result and correct description of potencial and no one of the PM scales works.

Any help?

as far as I know only results can be brought to Compensation worksheet columns, not description.
