Hi all,
I need to clean a Workarea where it seems that many non-native SAP Enable Now files(e.g. videos, pdf) have been added and where some SEN content also should be updated or deleted.
Is there a way in SEN to identify which files are taking up the most storage the Workarea?
Kind regards,
Emmanuel

There's nothing built directly into SAP Enable Now, but if you go to your Workarea in File Explorer you can search for size:gigantic and it will find all files more than 4GB (or size:huge for 1-4GB). In the results list you can find the UID of the object, and use this to locate it in Producer. Not a particularly user-friendly approach, but it will give you the info you want...
(Will obviously only work for content objects you are synching to your local Workarea.)
