Hi,

Could someone please help me on the below issue:

If any user has Business email and personal email address updated in SF with business email address marked as non-primary and personal email address marked as Primary. IC Job should pick those employees and swap the primary flags of an email like business email address should be set as Primary and Personal email address should be set as non-primary in SF.

I have added the calculated filter criteria as mentioned in the below blog: https://blogs.sap.com/2021/03/12/implementation-design-principles-integration-center-calculated-fiel...in order to pick employees who are having business email address set as non-primary and personal email address set as primary in SF to do the primary flag swap through Integration Job, but I can see this filter is not working as expected as employees who are having one email address in the system (either business or Personal) those are included in IC Jobs. Kindly help me to resolve the IC Job filter Issue. Best Regards,Elavarasan K S.

Hi Elavarasan,

Try using the additional filter with the if condition whether the employee is having business email is blank, then do not consider them for processing under calculated filter.

As the filter based on the blog, assuming employee will have two more email records and should be considered for processing for toggling the primary key.

(If the employee is having one email for eg: Business "which means it was updated it should be kept as primary and will not be fetched with this logic, only employees with Personal email set to is primary true will be picked up and even if the interface try to modify the value it will fail as one of the email should be kept primary by design ")
