IC and SFTP client server connection settings

Dear Experts,

We setup with client the connection between SSFF IC and client SFTP. Client whitelisted the IPs provided by SAP for our DataCenter for all environments. I ran my file in IC, but we got the error that SSFF cannot connect to SFTP server. My question is based on your experience, apart from whitelisted IPs, is there any specific settings that client needs to setup on SFTP server side or even the product that is used for the SFTP server may not be compliant with SSFF IC?

In case there is any guide with which we may advise client, please feel free to share with us.

No apart from this we havent see any settings, are you using any other authentication?

Please check if you are able to connect directly to SFTP with your username and password
