IAS Logging Questions

I have a customer that want to be able to pull Authentication logs from IAS via API. Is this possible?

Also, what is the retention policy for the IAS logs?

Thanks, I have yet to see the BTP cockpit for ias. How do you access the BTP cockpit for IAS?
