I want to calculate Seniority Date based on the Original Hire date for EEs who are rehired

Hello Team,

I want to Calculate or update the seniority date based on the Original Hire date for specific event reason when an employee is rehired with event reason Reinstament.

please let me know if there is way for possibility.

That would suggest you have a portlet dependency then I suppose as you want it to be done in job info, but the update has to go to employment info?

I doubt just any business rule will cover that, your best option (without middleware) is setting up a business rule in job info that triggers an event (can be any that is not used currently which is easy to spot in intelligent services). To that event in intelligent services, you would then create an according integration center definition (and link it in intelligent services). This integration can then instantly update data in employment info.
