I don't see any workarea

Today I got the license of SEN Cloud version with the user-ID and password (admin). Obviously I logged on immediately. Surprised that I was able to log on and create a new user that also was able to log on. Great. But I don't see any workarea's and I certainly don't see the links to the producer and instant producer.

I took away all the rights from my first user that I created for myself because I read somewhere that administrators can't do any author stuff, which makes some sense to me.

What did I forget to be able to get the producer? I already installed the app launcher. Any help/hint is welcome.

Hello Kristina,

Thank you for your answer. Indeed my own user had way too much Auth Rights. I removed them all and left only WorkArea admin... and indeed I could see the WorkArea and also managed o start the producer.

Hi Koen,

You might have missed to change a setting for the administration user. Anyone who has admin rights in the beginning cannot see the workareas in an author view. Go to Administration > Server Settings and deactivate this:

Then the admins will also see the workareas. In the beginning, you only have one system workarea and one other. You can create new workareas as needed. Please check out the Getting Started area in the Community and also in the Info Center.
