hello

I cannot see context help and guided tour button. Please see enclosedcontext-help-and-quided-tour.png screen - what I have to do?

Hi Ewelina,

for SuccessFactors we deliver standard content only as simulations in the Learning Center. There are no Guided Tours and Context Help currently in the standard content.

This is probably why you don't see any here.

If you have already created your own Context Help and Guided Tours, then you might switch to edit mode to see the content if you have not published it.

Finally, make sure to check the URLs for the workareas in the Web Assistant settings. Sometimes there is a space too much or a - missing.

Ok thanks I understand now, but there is some issue as well with learning centre. please see the screen ewelina.png
