Hello,
I can categorize my learning contents in SAP Enable Now web assistant's learning center. But I can't add roles in learning center as SAP's standard content has. How can I add role and assign my learning content to that?

Hi Anton Mavrin,
Thank you for your answer, I was able to do that as you told. I have one more question. Can we restrict these roles to see related learning content? For example, we created "HR Administrator" role in learning center and assigned some learning content to it. Can we prevent someone who is not HR Administrator seeing that content?
No, you can't. When a user clicks the Learning Center button, they will see ALL published content that is relevant for the entire system.
Workaround: assign a different link for the learningCenterURL, so that users wouldn't see the "classic" learning center, but something different. So, users will see content that is relevant for their role ONLY in the Web Assistant carousel, when working in the particular application.
Do I need to implement that configuration by using relevant parameters in web assistant configurations? By the way, at first I was using SAP's standard content as base workarea so mine was extended. With that version, I can't add role to learning center as you mentioned above but when I removed the connection and only used my workarea as non-extended, I was able to add roles. Do we need to give some special permission to add roles in extended workarea connected learning center? As I researched, if we want to edit SAP's standart content, we are only allowed to edit their names, descriptions etc.
Q: Do I need to implement that configuration by using relevant parameters in web assistant configurations?
A: NO.

A: You can add roles to the content in the extended workarea, but, first, I need to fetch it.
Q: Do we need to give some special permission to add roles in extended workarea connected learning center?
A: No, the Standard Author role is enough.
Q: As I researched, if we want to edit SAP's standard content, we are only allowed to edit their names, descriptions etc.
A: No, you can edit standard SAP content (simulations/book pages etc.) when it's in the extended workarea. You cannot edit it when it's in the connected Workarea only.
(I saw all your questions on my blog - way too much for me to get into there; I'd suggest posting your questions one at a time, here.)
For this one, you just need to assign Roles to your content in Producer - then they will automatically be included in the drop-down list in Learning Center. You don't define the Role, as such.
