I did a mass load to Job Classification data, but the Referral Bonus value didn't populate. The object definition for Job Classification includes a custom field for Referral Bonus (picklist). I have already added the value to the picklist. How do I populate the Referral Bonus on Job Classification so it carries over to Position? Any help would be appreciated.
