Hi Experts, 

What are the pros and cons of deploying a hybrid approach to the fast track the Build on DEV system, for a new business with Employee Central and Recruiting modules in view; 

  1. Employee Central - Manual implementation for the system build (No Best Practice Activation)
  2. Recruiting - Best Practice Activation and Tweaking to align to business requirements
  3. Integrations - EC Integration, Position Management (PM) and PM Integration will be manually configured - (No Best Practice Activation)
What are the risks to plan for in the scenario where the Recruiting module adopts the best practice approach but Employee Central is a manual configuration approach?
