In which scenario "or" Activity,  we have to  use the Smartforms "HRRCF_CS_APPLICANT" and "HRRCF_CS_APPL_INVITATION" .

With your release, nowhere. With the letter sections you have to use the HRRCF_CS_IT_EXA* smartforms.
