hrrcf_a_startpage_ext_cand Not Showing

Hi All,

My R/3 server and E-Rec are on same server and when i am Registering a new Candidate i am getting Error on hrrcf_a_startpage_ext_cand that :

Unfortunately ,system is unavailiable at the moment ,try again later.

Any Help?

Hi,

every time you get the "Unfortunately, system is unavailiable at the moment, try again later." error message in eRecruiting you have to look into the application log (transaction SLG1) which contains additional information on the error. 

Most common issues in your scenario are problems with candidate creation due to wrong authorization of the service user or issues with the session switch from service user to the newly created user of the candidate due to wrong user type of service / accidently creating a candidate for the service user.
