HR signature on employee letters

HI,

I want employees to request experience or salary letters with HR signatures to be generated via self service or through Document Generation.

I have already checked and via Document Generation only placing images is possible whereas we i want similar option like Docusign but we dont wish to purchase Docusign as of now.

So i wanna check with you, is there any an option other then Docusign.

Hello Suvi,

Only way to embed a signature in the letter template is to host a jpeg/PNG file on cloud with the help of SAP Product Support team.

We (customer) are presently using the same approach to generate letters like address proof, NOC at ESS level.

HI Rohit,

you mean placing signature as image in the document template right?

The issue is we have 10 HRs so i will have to create 10 templates with each HRs signature.

I wanted to check if there is any other option.
