How this Fm decides what all info types needs to be updated when calling HR_MAINTAIN_MASTERDATA?.
I have a new hire and when i go through the dialog mode and use "
HR_PAD_HIRE_EMPLOYEE " , It asks only for Infotype 0,1,2,6,21,41 and 105.
But with HR_MAINTAIN_MASTERDATA apart from the infotypes mentioned above it asks for 21, 19,210,8,9,207.
Is there a config where i can control what all infotypes to be updated for my rehire action?
