HR & Learning UI cards issue in SuccessFactors Work Zone

Clicking on any HR UI card in work zone is throwing this error. It looks like the URL generated after clicking the card has issues. This was working fine couple days back! Destinations in BTP & navigation apps in site manager configured correctly. Content within the card works fine, it's just that clicking on the UI card title hyperlink which gives an error.

This issue was due to a separate tile using the same sematic object & action. It's resolved!
