?How well does Enable Now Desktop assistant integrates/understands SAP IBP tool and its Excel Part?

We want to use the Desktop assistant / web assistant part of the Enable Now tool for SAP IBP. Before implementing we want to understand if Desktop assistant will work properly with IBP and its Excel component. How well can it recognize IBP screens and suggest relevant help to users?

Hi Prashant,

great to hear that you want to set up the Desktop Assistant or Web Assistant for IBP. Recording of Excel component will work as well as the "normal" Excel recording. Meaning there are some restriction in regards to recording single cells but the ribbon will probably work fine.

We have the Web Assistant available also for SAP Integrated Business Planning and are already providing context help and learning tutorials as standard content. With the Web Assistant we don#t support the IBP Add-in for Microsoft Excel, here you should use the Desktop Assistant.
