Hi people, we have been having all sorts of issues with onboarding 2 lately. I'm trying to understand where i view the log files for BPE. BPE monitor gives me the ID to search for, but I have no idea how to locate the log files.
Support for these tickets is quite slow and tedious so I'm looking to see what information I can find myself.
