I want to configure an adobe form custom copy of std. HRRCF_CS_EXA_REJECTION in erecruitment system. Kindly let me know how to do and where to do this.

Hi Varun,

HRRCF_CS_EXA_REJECTION is a correspondence letter. That means it is not an Adobe form but a smartform. Therefore, changes are done in transaction SMARTFORMS.

As hint: HRRCF_CS_IT_EXA_REJECTION is the correct one for the releases using WD for recruiter (EhP4 onwards).

You are right. But you also have a std template of adobe form in it.

Adobe Forms are only used for the data overviews (if you set RECFA DATA to X)
