How to update mapping table ECPAO_EE_KMAP.

Hi,

We are implementing Employee replication from SF EC to SAP ECC using BiB. Existing Employees from SAP ECC were uploaded in SF EC using csv upload.

Now when we are pushing the existing employees from SF EC for replication, Integraion ( we service) is trying to find the valid PERNR from mapping table ECPAO_EE_KMAP which is BLANK and Integration is resulting is error. ( Error: Enter Valid Personal Number)

Kindly help in suggesting a way to update the mapping table ECPAO_EE_KMAP explicitly before running the Employee Replication for existing Employees.

this will be a manual work , there are reports which will fill the table , but you need to have a CSV file with the employee id , employee id external , person id, etc . and in the PA_SE_IN package you can check for the reports to fill the mapping table (from description )

if you activate new BIB integration only then table would be updated. have you done this step?
