How to update Infotype 0041 using HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION

Hi All Guru,

I have to update Infotype 41 with two different Dat01 with Dar01 by using HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION it is working when my field is fixed.

But in case where already data have then I don't know how to do It please help.
