How to trigger SuccessFactors To-do or Email Notifications from PCC Alerts?

Hi Community,

When an alert is assigned to a user through Payroll Control Center (PCC), it currently shows under "My Alerts" in PCC. We would like these alerts to also:

  • Appear as To-do Notification on the SuccessFactors homepage or
  • Trigger an email notification to the assigned user.

This would help ensure that users are notified promptly without needing to manually check "My Alerts".

Would appreciate any guidance on:

  1. Is there any standard way to enable PCC alerts to trigger SuccessFactors To-Do notification or email notification? If yes, could you provide the configuration steps to enable it?
  2. If not, what are the possible integration options or recommendations to make this work?
  3. Any related SAP Notes, guides, or examples would be really helpful. 

Our setup: 

SAP HCM for payroll and SAP SuccessFactors for Employee Central
