How to transport web service activation to QAS from DEV

Hi Expert,

We have implemented standard integration between SAP ERP and success factors EC system for employee and org data.

For this integration we have activated web services using SOAMANAGER tcode in SAP and while activating it, SAP has not asked us for transport request.

Now we are moving changes to QAS client in SAP. How can i transport this changes to QAS or should i activate web services manually in QAS?e.g. employeeMasterDataReplicationRequest_In this is one of the web service.

Similarly I have created LP_EMPLOYEE_MASTER_DATA_REPLICATION_CONFIRMATION_OUT logical port for confirmation process through SOAMANAGER. How can I transport this to QAS or should I create it manually in QAS?
