How to transfer only data from SF Production to Test environment

Hello,

our customer wants to only transfer data, not configuration from their SF Production to Test environment. Is there a way to do it without a full Instance Refresh because currently some configurations are only existing in Test and should not be overwritten by a full transfer.

I read about the Configuration Transport Center but this functionality is only to transfer configuration, not data.

So our goal is to transfer only all current data from all the modules used except LMS, such as Job Requisitions and Candidates, Performance Forms, Development Data and Employee Central data. 

Is there a way to do this?
