How to show content is (not) available for mobile?

Hi,

We are currently developing responsive online content (e-learnings) which we'll make available for our employees on mobile. All of our older online content however, will still need to be made on a larger screen (tablet or laptop).

We are wondering how we can make a clear distinction between the responsive content and non-responsive content. We fear employees might expect everything to be mobile available while it is not. Rather than letting them find out by trial-and-error, we would prefer some kind of tag to be visible on their Learning cards on the homepage to show whether or not it is available for mobile.

I can image we are not the first company to come across this challange.

How did you make it clear to your users if an e-learning is mobile available or not?

P.S. We are not using the SuccessFactors Mobile App.

Hi @EmilyNS

In the Enhanced Search, there is a library filter labeled 'Mobile Accessible'. By default, this switch is turned off, and the results will include all learning activities, regardless of their availability on mobile devices. When enabled, only mobile-friendly courses will be displayed in the search results. Please note that the availability of this filter is dependent on the activation of the new learning experience and the user's permissions.

This filter is also available when using the SuccessFactors Mobile App.

Additionally, when accessing SuccessFactors via mobile browsers, please ensure that users have access to a supported browser.

Hi @RibeiroA,

Thanks for your comment!

I'm afraid adding this information in the search won't help in our case. We assign e-learnings to our users. They don't really search for e-learnings themselves. Users hardly spend time on the Learning page. When they are there, they need to finish something. They would just click to start and then notice the message 'Not available for mobile'.

That's why we'd like to have some kind of indicator on the learning card of an e-learning on the homepage if possible.
