You would need to save it to outside of SAP Enable Now. If it is consumed from within SAP Enable Now, you need a license.

I am aware of the approach which you've stated above but I am curious to know the option to generate and share video link with external(Non-SAP user) from producer.

You can't. As I mentioned, if they consume content from within SAP Enable Now they need an SAP Enable Now license. That's why you need to save it to outside of SAP Enable Now if you want non-licensed users to consume it.

You can use Tools -> Generate Video and choose the desired resolution to download the video to your PC. Then you can share that video with external user for viewing. Of course you can share the video link to others but they need license to view it.
