How can I send a simulation url to a user or link the simulation created in SAP Enable Now in other tool? So that it works in a browser even if you donot have the tool. Or is it possible for the link to play in sharepoint directly?

Learners do not need any special software to play simulations (simulations just use browser-supported HTML, CSS, and JavaScript). However they do need a Userid in SAP Enable Now (and therefore an SAP Enable Now license).

For users with only the Learner role in SAP Enable Now (i.e. read-only access) you should use the Start Links > Published Link URL from Producer. Don't use the Start Link from Manager as this doesn't (by default) include the 'published' indicator so Learners may not always be able to display the content.

You can send simulations links to others using start links found in both Manager and Producer.

Select your simulation and scroll down to find the Start Links.

Make sure the one whom you are sending the links have got right permissions to view the simulation.

thank you for the reply but when i try to send it to someone with view rights it prompts for a username and password. Also is there any other way a url can be sent to people since there are 1000s of users. Right now we are using exes for sending but that cannot be an ideal way.

If it prompts for username and password, set up SSO.

This is very useful feature if there are 1000s of learners.

Other way is to convert simulations into video or executable files and send it to others.
