How to setup accrual rule that will add 1 day to Time Account every second year?

Hello,

I would like to ask for your support in creating an accrual rule that is adding 15 days of holidays after 1st year of work (based on hire date) and then every second year add 1 day (no maximum). How that can be configured?

Hi,

Where you need to look is

"Base Entitlement for Absence Quota Generation"

This allows you to generate quotas based on seniority.
