How to set visibility value in sf ec business rules?

hi gurus,

we are trying to set visibility value of certain employee information model fields, to toggle fields based on some conditions, like what s shown on the following screenshot.

but we can not choose the visibility attribute of any field from the rule builder screen, and if we append the .visibility to the end of the field name ,there will be an error.

could you pls tell me how to do that?
