How to set default password for external users in successfactors LMS

Dear Experts,
One of my client has temporary staff (external users)for which they want to set separate LMS log in link with a default password.As most of the external users are field staffs and the client doesn't want them to have different passwords.

Request your help/suggestions in this regard.

Hi Abhishek,

When a user registers through the site, then the user should be able to choose their own passwords. Here we would not have any control on choosing the default password. But when the users are being created either from the Import Data tool or the User Connector, then the default password will apply. This will be same for the normal and the external users.
