How to send reminder Alert for Unapproved leave requests after 5 days of leave application?

Hi everyone,

I have a requirement to send email reminder alerts to leave approvers after 5 days of leave application in case the leave request is pending. How can I do this? Is it possible to schedule the program RPTARQEMAIL to suit this requirement?

RPTARQEMAIL has some options for that.

In the selection screen there is a block called 'Period'. There you can selcet the radio button 'Elapsed Period'.
So you could say 5 - 5 days and run it on daily basis. Just flag only the 'Send E.Mail' button for the Approver.

Note: The "Do Not Update as 'Last Run'" button will be set - so it has no influence on any other run you do with that report.
