How to save/export business rules to PDF - truncates long lines

Hi there,

I'm trying to save a business rule to a PDF, but many of the statements are truncated when I try to print.

e.g. part of the rule looks like this:

But when I try to print / save to PDF (in landscape), it cuts off the longer statements so they can't be seen:

Does anyone know of a clever way to print/save this, without having to individually screenshot each page?

Hi @AlanWaters , hope you're doing great.

Have you considered to use the file you can download from "Import and export data" page as an option?

It does not have the same visual appeal as the way the information is available on "Configure Business Rules" screen, but in case you're looking for a backup, this alternative can be helpful, since all the logic will also be available in the CSV file.

Hope this can help you while your Influence idea is not implemented.

Hi Thiago, many thanks for your input. The import/export option is fine when we want to simply reference or backup a rule, but for approval to move configuration to Production as part of our Change Control process, we need actual screenshots. A csv would not suffice because it can of course be manipulated. Thanks, Alan
